Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Robert Lee Reid, 57, 283 Newnan Street Apt 1, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 11/09/2012, charged with Public Drunk.

Christopher Lloyd, 30, 1056 County Road 70, LaFayette, AL 36862, arrested on 11/11/2012, charged with DUI, Failure to Dim Headlights, Open Container and Following to Closely.

Nichols Antoni-Makani Scharko, 19, 848 Stright Street, Cornelia, GA 30531, arrested on 11/11/2012, charged with Driving While Unlicensed, Driving on Suspended License and No Seat Belt.

Brittany Michelle Tumlin, 20, 1300 US Hwy 27 Lot 11, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 11/12/2012, charged with Flee/Attempt to Elude, Reckless Driving, DUI Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving on Wrong Side of Roadway, Driving No License on Person, Passing on a Hill Crest, Leaving Scene of Accident, Striking a Fixed Object, VGCSA and Possession of Less Than 1 oz Marijuana.

Todd Malone Wulff, 39, 4858 Bevis Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 11/14/2012, charged with Driving on Suspended License and Driving While Unlicensed.
