Jennifer Williams Thorn, 40, 38 Levans Road, Temple, GA 30179, arrested on 11/30/2012, charged with False Swearing and Criminal Defamation (2 cts).
Patrick Arden Chafin, 30, 139 Beranda Circle, Douglasville, GA 30134, arrested on 12/01/2012, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe and Failure to Maintain Lane.
Angelique Elaine Baldwin, 41, 75 Fortenberry Road, Young Harris, GA 30582, arrested on 12/05/2012, charged with Violation of Probation.
