Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Kelli Ann West, 29, Patterson Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/09/2013, charged with Head Light Requirement, Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Open Container and Computer Trespass.

Kenneth Shelnutt, 51, Hendricks Lake Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/10/2013, charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Christopher Michael Whitlock, 41, Byrd Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/06/2013, charged with Violation of Probation.

Destiny Stanley, 21, Bennett Street, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 12/07/2013, charged with Violation of Probation.

Kayla Marie Breed, 28, Miniardi Drive, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 12/07/2013, charged with DUI and Failure to Maintain Lane.

Mark Postell, 48, Forrest Road, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 12/08/2013, charged with Driving on Suspended License and Too Fast for Conditions.

Renaldo Moreland, 30, Railroad Street, Luthersville, GA 30251, arrested on 12/08/2013, charged with Driving on Suspended License and Too Fast for Conditions.

Quinnton Moreland, 32, Owens Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/08/2013, charged with Driving on Suspended License.

Schaffery Carnell Rosser, 35, South Street, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 12/08/2013, charged with Driving on Suspended License and Too Fast for Conditions.

Kevin Shane Black, 40, New Street, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 12/10/2013, charged with VGCSA.

Joseph Anthony Smith, 56, Notnomis Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/10/2013, charged with Violation of Probation.

Suzanne Arretta Doris Campbell, 54, GA Hwy 100, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/10/2013, charged with Driving on Suspended License.
