Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Gregory Lee Skipper, 33, 2656 Pea Ridge Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/17/2012, charged with Battery (FVA) and Simple Assault (FVA).

Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Christopher Eric Cook, 33, 311 Lane Street, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/13/2012, charged with Aggravated Battery.

Matthew Joseph Vaughan, 22, 1339 B Bankhead Hwy, Carrollton, GA 30116, arrested on 12/13/2012, charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Attempt.

Carlton Jackson, 48, 297 Bevis Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/17/2012, charged with Pedestrian Under the Influence, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunk.

Ronnie Nelson Chism, Jr., 29, 108 Towne Creek Drive, Villa Rica, GA 30180, arrested on 12/20/2012, charged with Disorderly Conduct.
