Fourteen-year-old Trenton Ewing (a Palmetto native), a country/gospel musician, is nominated for an award by the Georgia and Tennessee Country and Gospel Music Association.
The 10th annual awards ceremony will take place this Sunday at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville.
Ewing is an honor student with a large local following. He regularly performs at venues in both Georgia and Nashville.
Ewing will also be performing at this year’s Coweta County Fair. He will take to the fairgrounds stage on Sept. 23 with shows between 3 and 7 p.m.
