$10,000 REWARD still being offered in November burglary

(Franklin, GA) — A $10,000 reward is still being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of an unknown burglary suspect or suspects that robbed some local businesses last month.

According to a press release issued at the time by Lieutenant Tino Brooks of the Franklin Police Department, a long list of items were stolen including a van that was found in western Heard County.

During the early morning hours of Sunday, November 17th, a 2008 Freightliner Sprinter box van was located on Lipham Road. The van had been completely burned out.

A burglary was reported later the same day at 12795 Georgia Highway 34 East inside the city limits of Franklin.

The building is occupied by three separate business: D&G Mechanical, Rivers Edge and Rite Made Fabrications.

Among the reported list of missing items was the same van that had already been found to be torched on Lipham Road early Sunday.

Business owners are offering a $10,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) involved in this crime.
