10th Annual Community Carnival Trunk-or-Treat

(Franklin, GA) — The Heard County Covered Arena will play host to the 10th Annual Community Carnival and Trunk-or-Treat on Halloween night (Wednesday, October 31) from 6:30-8:00 PM.

The event is being presented by the Franklin Police Department, Heard County Sheriff’s Office, Heard EMA, The Heard County Commissioners, and Heard High School FFA.

The night will be full of fun and festivities and feature hayrides, costume contests, prizes for most original trunks, and of course trick-or-treat candy giveaways.

Trunkers and treaters are both still needed! If you would like to promote your club, business, or civic group with a decorated trunk you may pre-register by calling Chief Kevin Hannah at 706-675-6624 or The Heard County Sheriff’s Office at 706-675-0444.

For children’s safety all trunkers must preregister vehicle tag number and owner ID before October 30.

You may also drop by the Franklin Police station or Heard County Sheriff’s Office to fill out a form and get more information.

Admission to the event is one new unwrapped toy per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

See the flyers and forms below for more information!
