Adrianna Dearth

Adrianna Campos Dearth, age 31, of Franklin, Georgia, formerly of Houston, Texas, passed away May 25, 2020.

Her memorial service will be held on Saturday May 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Saint Peter’s Catholic Church in Lagrange.

The family will accept guests at Saint Peter’s from 12:30 – 1:30 PM prior to the service.

Mrs. Dearth was born March 8, 1989 to Jose Campos and the late Leticia Vela Campos of Texas.

She graduated from George Bush High School (Class of 2007). She attended the University of Houston, majoring in Education following in the footsteps of her mother. She also pursued a career in massage therapy.

Adrianna and her husband, Garrett, met in Houston, Texas in 2015. They moved to Franklin, Georgia in 2017 and were married April 19, 2017.

She enjoyed outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with her beloved dogs.

Adrianna was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) April 10, 2018. This diagnosis came from a rare form of ALS that also afflicted her grandfather, mother, aunt and sister. She met this disease with realism, courage, dignity and grace.

Although the disease ravaged her body, it never took away her ability to experience things such as traveling in their fifth wheel camper to visit family and friends in Texas and enjoying her new family in Georgia.

Adrianna is survived by her husband, Garrett Lee Dearth, who was her loving companion and caretaker, of Franklin, Ga, formerly of Cumming, GA; parent-in-laws, Kevin and Susan Dearth of Cumming, GA; father, Jose Campos, step-mom, Maria, sister, Karina Glen, and brother, Andy Campos all of Texas; and a host of uncles, cousins, step sisters, niece, nephew, and many friends.
