Mr. Charlie Bill Watts

Watts obitMr. Charlie Bill Watts, age 78 of Temple, Georgia passed away Friday, March 03, 2017.

He was born May 13, 1938 in Randolph County, Alabama to the late Charlie Colmer and Florence Mitchell Watts.

He served in the U.S. Army and proudly worked as a Journeyman Iron Worker for the Union Iron Workers from Local 387 for more than 50 years.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Gail Watts.

He is survived by his children, Ricky and Tammy Watts of Temple, Patty and Mark Mallard of Newnan, Billy and Tammie Watts of Temple, and Steve and Maggie Watts of Carrollton; siblings, Eugene and Carol Watts and Roy and Peggy Watts all of Franklin, Charlotte and Doug Casey of Phenix City, AL and Wanda Cain of McDonough; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be conducted Tuesday, March 07, 2017 at 3:00 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Mike Harris officiating.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 07, 2017 from 12:00 PM until the hour of service.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, his body has been cremated.
