  1. Libby Cummings says

I am honored to have known Mr. Delmer. He was truly a kind, good hearted Christian man and a blessing to all who met and/or knew him. Prayers and fond memories are what we have to remember our dearly departed. My most heartfelt condolences and prayers to Dorothy and all of Mr Delmer’s family members and friends. While it is true a good heart has stopped beating here on this earth, a good soul ascended to heaven, and we gain an angel that watches over all. Nevertheless, he will certainly be remembered and missed.
