Mr. Jesse Isenhower

Mr. Jesse Isenhower, age 25, passed away tragically on October 17, 2019.

Jesse lived in Heard county for most of his life.

He was one of the special souls that this world doesn’t get to witness very often.

Jesse was the kind of guy that it wouldn’t matter what time of day or night, if needed him, he was there. If you were having a hard time, he would talk with you until he knew you were ok again.

He had a giant heart full of love to share with everyone. He did charity work for eight years with the Children’s hospital, St. Jude’s, and the Ronald McDonald House. Jesse sold buttons to buy turkeys for needy families during the holiday season — he had a wonderful soul.

Jesse tried to live his life to the fullest. He had a grand love for music. He was able to meet tons of musicians personally, he was proud of that. But he was never more alive than when he was in a mosh pit.

He worked as an electrician mostly. He also worked at 13 Stories Haunted House, playing the character of “Teddy,” and he worked security at Live Nation.

His favorite job was being a security “Goon” at the masquerade in Atlanta. There he not only made many friends, but he became family/brothers to the all of the people who knew him.

To be such a happy and loving guy, Jesse Isenhower also had something within him that chased him his entire life. A pain he could not outrun. Tragically, this pain took him from us. No one knew the darkness he fought. This beautiful shining soul is now at rest with no pain or worries anymore.

Jesse is survived by his mother, Karen Isenhower; brother, Charles Cummings; sister-in-law, Rachel Cummings; two young nephews; uncle Paul King; and his loving girlfriend Jeri Mize along with hundreds of friends.

It is with incredibly broken hearts that we must now say to you sweet sweet Jesse — farewell my love. May God keep you in his loving arms and help you feel the peace you needed son. R. I. P.

Stocks funeral home of Atlanta, GA and West Georgia Crematory in Austell, GA were in charge of the arrangements.
