Taylor Bailey tops among local Hummingbird Festival Art Winners

(Franklin, GA) — The Heard County Board of Education last week recognized local students who placed in the art competition this fall at the Hogansville Hummingbird Festival.

Heard County High School winners included Avery Barnes (2nd Place), Ray Ann Langley (3rd Place), Lyndsey Pike (Honorable Mention), and Kari Griffith (Honorable Mention).

Heard County Middle School winners included Taylor Bailey (1st Place), Trystan Rowell (3rd Place), and Laila Schwartz (Honorable Mention).

HCMS’s Taylor Bailey took top prize for her pencil drawing ‘Double Vision.’

The Hogansville Hummingbird Festival is an outdoor Festival held in historic small town Hogansville.

The Hummingbird Festival is a true small town festival, featuring 200 vendors, food court, live music, kids area, artisan crafts, and more.

All proceeds benefit the Hogansville Charitable Trust.
