Touchdown Club sponsoring Legends Game prior to ‘Midnight Madness’

(Franklin) — The Heard County Touchdown Club would like to announce ‘Midnight Madness’ will be held on July 28 starting at 7:30 p.m.

As a part of this year’s event we are in the process of planning our first legends flag football game.

The game will kick off at 7:30 and will feature former Heard County Brave football players.

The odd year graduates will be under the direction of Coach Ross Henry (current Heard County Sheriff) and the even year graduates will be under the direction of Coach Joel Rogers (current City of Franklin Mayor.)

After the legends game we will have a corn hole tournament, crafts and other fun events. We will also have a concession stand open during all the events.

At 10:30 p.m. we will have everyone leave the stadium for the football players to have their time for senior speeches which is open to current or former football players only.

Just before midnight everyone will be invited back into the stadium to get one of the first looks at our 2017 Braves football team as they hold an open practice for all the fans.

This will also be a great time to join the touchdown club which supports football at both the middle and high school. All money raised will go to the football program.

If you have any questions please email them to us or if you want to play in the legends game it’s not too late so please send us your name, graduation year, and a contact number to hctouchdownclub@gmail.com.
