Weekly Arrest Reports (01/31/20)

Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Andricus Lashun Jackson 32, Redland Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 01/26/2020 charged with Class CP license. 

Joseph Kyle Haack 35, LaGrange St. Grantville, Ga. 30220 arrested on 01/27/2020 charged with Obstruction of an officer, Giving false name/false information to police.

Caleb Seth Mattingly 25, Nutt Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 01/28/2020 charged with Battery/simp battery family violence act (FVA).

Terry Lamar Lewis 38, Doc Fisher Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 01/28/2020 charged with Disorderly conduct (City ordinance), Possession and use of drug related objects.

Debra Elaine McClendon 54, Main Street. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 01/30/2020 charged with Disorderly conduct (City ordinance).

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Jermichael Hopson 37, Antioch Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 01/26/2020 charged with Battery, Theft by taking motor vehicle. 

Jennifer Lynn Pike 38, Homeless. Arrested on 01/28/2020 charged with theft by taking motor vehicle. 

Benji Joe Hester Jr. 20, County Rd 661. Roanoke, Al. 36274 arrested on 01/29/2020 charged with Sale of methamphetamine. 

Cary Dewayne Singleton 34, Roosterville Rd. Roopville, Ga. 30170 arrested on 01/30/2020 charged with Contempt of court (Child support).

Joshua Lynn Brown 41, Welcome Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 01/30/2020 charged with Violation of probation.

Russell David Hubbard 47, Dogwood Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 01/30/2020 charged with Simple battery, Interfering with a 911 call.
