Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Steven Adrian Allen, 33, Jones Street, Molena, GA 30258, arrested on 01/25/2018, charged with Giving False Information.

Polly C. Jones, 49, Brenda Blvd, LaGrange, GA 30240, arrested on 02/02/2018, charged with Driving on Suspended License and Driving While Unlicensed.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Sean Gavin Smith, 25, Bevis Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/26/2018, charged with Theft by Taking.

Johnny Mack Nutt, 24, South Bridge Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/29/2018, charged with Criminal Damage to Property and Obstruction of an Officer (2 cts).

Deborah Shelnutt Patin, 60, Five Notch Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/30/2018, charged with Financial Exploitation-Elder Abuse.

James Coley Ray, 31, Centralhatchee Parkway, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/31/2018.charged with Driving on Suspended License and Driving No License on Person.

Matthew James Armstrong, 25, Jackson Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/01/2018, charged with Violation of Probation.

Tiffany Michelle Hallmark, 22, Mt Laurel Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/02/2018, charged with Giving False Information, VGCSA, Drug Related Objects and Tampering with Evidence.

Tristan Wayne Owens, 20, Central Heights Drive, Carrollton, GA 30117, arrested on 02/02/2018, charged with Windshield Requirement, Taillight Requirement, Driving on Suspended License, No Insurance, Suspended Registration, VGCSA, Drug Related Objects and Tampering with Evidence.
