Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Gregory Derek Sewell, 51, US Hwy 27 Lot 14, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/12/16, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane, Open Container, and Driving While Unlicensed.

Aaron Dewitt Bales, 23, Hammett Road, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 03/14/16, charged with Failure to Appear, and Violation of Probation.

David Allen Fritts Jr., 32, Byrd Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/15/16, charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Bobby Edward Gentry, 39, Patterson Drive, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/15/16, charged with Violation of Probation.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Brian Lashay Moreland, 35, Tuscan Hill Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/11/16, charged with Driving On Suspended License, Driving While Unlicensed, Violation of Probation.

Christopher Paul Shelnutt, 34, Beverly Lane, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/15/16, charged with Public Indecency.

Adam Wallace Hyatt, 22, Hwy 100 North, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/16/16, charged with VGCSA 3 Counts, and Battery (FVA).

Rodney Stanley Brock, 28, Holiday Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/16/16, charged with DUI, DUI Endangering Child, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Too Fast For Conditions, Failure to Maintain Lane, Marijuana Less Than 1 oz., and Possession of Drug Related Objects.

Billy Joe McGhee, 44, Pea Ridge Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/17/16, charged with Violation of Probation.

Justin Eugene Hill, 26, Plantation Road, Valley, AL 36854, arrested on 03/17/16, charged with Criminal Trespass, and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
