Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Keyonta Deshawn Lewis, 23, Belk Street, LaGrange, GA 30240, arrested on 03/30/2018, charged with Driving While Unlicensed and Speeding.

Emily Nicole Harris, 21, Pope Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/30/2018, charged with VGCSA, Drug Related Objects, Driving on Suspended License, Expired Tag and Failure to Appear.

Christopher David Burns, 18, Unknown Address, arrested on 03/31/2018, charged with Marijuana Less Than 1 oz.

Shawn Keith Lowery, 31, GA Hwy 34, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 04/06/2018, charged with Theft by Taking.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Christopher Tyler Barrett, 22, Graham Road, New Market, TN 37820, arrested on 03/30/2018, charged with Violation of Probation.

Christopher Stacey Bragg, 21, Franklin Parkway, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/31/2018, Obstruction of Officer (2 cts) and Aggravated Assault (2 cts).

Melissa Hartsfield Cervantes, 31, Gibson Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 04/02/2018, charged with DUI.

Andrew Marvin Hartsfield, 52, Merrell Road, Carrollton, GA 30116, arrested on 04/03/2018, charged with Obstruction of Officer.

Rusty Mitchell Hogan, 31, Troup Street, LaGrange, GA 30240, arrested on 04/03/2018, charged with Violation of Probation.

James Franklin Bowen, 27, Miller Road, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 04/04/2018, charged with VGCSA, Drug Related Objects and Tail Light Requirement.

David Christian Pruitt, 42, Walton Wood Walkway, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 04/05/2018, charged with DUI, DUI Child Endangerment (2 cts), Speeding and Marijuana Less Than 1 oz.
