Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Katie Lynn Minix, 18, Jackson Road, Centralhatchee, GA 30217, arrested on 04/28/2017, charged with Marijuana Less Than 1 oz.

Richard Dean Neff, Jr., 31, County Road 250, Woodland, AL 36280, arrested on 04/29/2017, charged with No Seat Belt, Driving on Suspended License and Driving While Unlicensed.

Robert Benson Russell, III, 23, Len Morrison Drive, Auburn, AL 36832, arrested on 04/30/2017, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe, Speeding and Reckless Driving.

Keria Osha Bales, 27, South River Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 05/2/2017, charged with Battery and Disorderly Conduct.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Brandon Curtis Tucker, 35, Footlog Lane, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 04/28/2017, charged with DUI, Driving on Suspended License and Giving False Information.

Jordon Leigh Walls, 21, GA Hwy 100, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 04/29/2017, charged with Criminal Damage to Property (2 cts), VGCSA and Pills Not in Original Container.

Kortney Gale Hooks, 28, Lovvorn Road, Carrollton, GA 30117, arrested on 05/01/2017, charged with Terror Threats and Acts.

Detrick Lamond Thornton, 43, Hwy 100 N, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 05/01/2017, charged with Violation of Probation, Battery (FVA), Criminal Trespass and Interfering in 911 Call.

Paul Phillip Momman, 36, Summerlin Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 05/03/2017, charged with Failure to Appear (2 cts) and Contempt of Court.

Cory James Garmon, 41, Nitra Road, Bremen, GA 30110, arrested on 05/03/2017, charged with Failure to Appear.

Sidney Tracy Payne, 39, Hwy 100, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 05/04/2017, charged with Marijuana Less Than 1 oz.
