Weekly Arrest Reports (10/18/19)

Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Brandon Letrez Daniel 27, Hwy 27 Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 10/16/2019 charged with Failure to appear in court. 

Spencer Edward King 26, Sandy Flat Rd. Bowdon, Ga. 30108 arrested on 10/16/2019 charged with Failure to appear in court. 

Gregory Markeith Henderson 35, Strozier St. Roanoke, Al. 36274 arrested on 10/17/2019 charged with Loitering/Prowling (city ordinance), Disorderly conduct (city ordinance).

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Timothy Wayne Thomas 33, Simpson, Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 10/12/2019 charged with Failure to maintain lane Driving while license is suspended, Expired tag, Tag light requirement.

Tara Beth McCoy 39, County Rd 266 Wedowee, Al. 36278 arrested on 10/12/2019 charged with Financial transaction card fraud, Theft by taking.

Adam Young Burnham 35, Hogan Coweta Rd. Hogansville, Ga. 30230 arrested on 10/12/2019 charged with Two (2) counts of Obstruction of an officer, Disorderly conduct, six (6) counts of Obstruction of an officer, Removal or attempt to remove a weapon from public official, Criminal interference with government property.  

Adam Ryan Ludwig 28, Goodwin Dr. Columbus, Ga.31909 arrested on 10/16/2019 Criminal trespass (FVA) family violence act, Simple battery (FVA).

Christopher Lee Tarwater 29, Martin Dr. LaGrange, Ga. 30240 arrested on 10/19/2019 charged with Failure to appear in court. 

Cole Stephen Slayton 31, Butternut Lane Peachtree City, Ga. 30269 arrested on 10/12/2019 charged with Too fast for conditions, Failure to maintain lane, DUI. (GSP)
