Weekly Arrest Reports (12/11/20)

Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Russell Lanier Watkins, 52, Patterson Ln. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 12/05/2020 charged with Criminal trespass.

Timothy Lynn Parker, 40, Morgan St. Roanoke, Al. 36274 arrested on 12/10/2020 charged with No tag, Tail light, No insurance, Driving while is suspended, Driving without a valid license.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Fredrick Eugene Dozier, 35, Hwy 34. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 12/05/2020 charged with Suspended registration, Driving while license is suspended, Theft by taking, Battery/simple battery family violence act (FVA). 

Larry Fitzgerald Clark, 52, Victory Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 12/07/2020 charged with Violation of probation. 

Shontavious Shontay Jackson, 34, Redland Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 12/07/2020 charged with Simple battery family violence act (FVA), Cruelty to children 2nd degree. 

Tyrone Marcus West, 31, Hwy 34 W. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 12/09/2020 charged with Battery, Obstruction of an officer, Affray, Disorderly conduct.

Charles Christopher Phillips, 38, Roscoe Rd. Newnan, Ga. 30263 arrested on 12/09/2020 charged with Simple assault, Affray. 

James Robert Lott, 36, N River Circle. Hogansville, Ga. 30230 arrested on 12/09/2020 charged with Violation of probation. 

Michael Ellis Bachelor, 25, N. Hwy 113. Carrollton, Ga. 30117 arrested on 12/10/2020 charged with Violation of probation. 

Mandy Lynn Pomerleau, 45, Ga Hwy 100. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 12/05/2020 charged with Speeding, DUI. (GSP)
